Please keep in mind that when ordering pork roll or kielbasa, the meat is taken from sausage meat, so there will be less sausage.  If you want to order pork roll or kielbasa, it is advisable to put the hocks and/or shoulder into sausage meat.  On a ½ pig it is not recommended to order both pork roll and kielbasa.
